Due to the demand and the 100% handmade process, the combination of decoration and product does not allow inventory to always be available, so when placing your order, the product will be specially manufactured, hence it can be customized. Warranty.

Being an entirely handmade product, no piece is exactly the same as another. All materials are made in accordance with viceregal ordinances of the 16th century, to respect the originality of the product.

The product is guaranteed on delivery through the courier company, to be replaced by parts that arrive damaged.

The automatic order on the page is the total cost of the product and its shipping. If you prefer to make a partial payment to place the order, please contact us and we will gladly accommodate your needs. You can make an advance of 50% and the rest plus the shipping cost, upon receipt of your product. In this case, the payment is by deposit or transfer.
