Delivery and Guarantee
Due to the demand and the 100% handmade process, the combination between decoration and product does not allow having inventories always available, so when placing your order, the product will be specially manufactured, hence it can be customized. Warranty.
When being a handmade product in its entirety, no piece is exactly like another. All the materials are elaborated according to the viceregal ordinances of the XVI century, to respect the originality of the product.
The product is guaranteed on delivery through the courier company, to replace the parts that arrive damaged.

The automatic order on the page is the total cost of the product and its delivery. If you prefer to make a partial payment to place the order, please contact us and we will gladly adapt to your needs. In general, an advance of 50% can be made and the rest plus the shipping cost, upon receiving your product. In this case, by deposit or transfer.

To choose your design or decoration in the system.
Choose your design from the décor catalog, which you can find in the site menu, at the top of every store page, and on the product page. By choosing an image you will see the name of the decoration, which also appears in the drop-down lists on the product page. These are 3 that are classified due to the number of options, as follows:
- Designs in Blue and White.
- Color Designs
- Modern Designs
You can only choose a decoration or design to order your product, if the first list does not appear, select "CHOOSE ANOTHER DESIGN" and search the next list, or the next. When choosing your design from a list, the other two must have this legend in order to move forward in the purchase process.

The processing times for your order range from 30 days, depending on the size of the order.
