Delivery and warranty
Due to the demand and the 100% handmade process, the combination of decoration and product does not always allow inventories to be available, so when ordering, the product will be specially manufactured, hence it can be customized. Warranty.
Being a completely handmade product, no piece is exactly the same as another. All the materials are made according to the viceregal ordinances of the 16th century, to respect the originality of the product.
The product is guaranteed in its delivery through the courier company, to replace the parts that arrive damaged.

In general, you can make a deposit of 50% and the rest plus the cost of shipping, upon receipt of your product. In this case, by deposit or transfer.
