Due to the demand and the 100% handmade process, the combination of decoration and product does not allow inventory to be always available, so when placing your order, the product will be specially manufactured, hence it can be customized. Warranty.

Being an entirely handmade product, no piece is exactly the same as another. All the materials are made according to the viceregal ordinances of the 16th century, to respect the originality of the product.

The product is guaranteed on delivery through the courier company, to be replaced by parts that arrive damaged.

The automatic order on the page is the total cost of the product and its shipping. If you prefer to make a partial payment to order, please contact us and we will gladly accommodate your needs. In general, a 50% advance can be made and the rest plus the shipping cost, upon receipt of your product. In this case, by deposit or transfer.

Choose your design from the décor catalog, which you can find in the site menu, at the top of every store page, and on the product page. By choosing an image you will see the name of the decoration, which also appears in the drop-down lists on the product page. These are 3 that are classified due to the number of options, as follows:

• Designs in Blue and White.
• Color Designs
• Modern Designs

You can only choose a decoration or design to order your product, if the first list does not appear, select "CHOOSE ANOTHER DESIGN" and search the next list, or the next. When choosing your design from a list, the other two must have this legend in order to move forward in the purchase process.
